Promo Pictures
Please submit 5-10 promo photos to be used on forums and our blogs. These should have your watermark on them and be no larger than 1800px at the widest. Please include a mix of nude and non-nude (for social media) pics.
Logo
Please submit a vector file or a High-Res image (5 to 8 inches in size) of your logo in either of these formats: jpg, png, tiff, pdf, psd, ai, eps (transparencies ok)
Press Release Quote
As part of your sponsorship package, we will write a formal press release to announce your sponsorship. I will write the press release, but I will need two things from you: a quote and some general information about your company. See below!
Please provide a quote from yourself or a representative from your company about your sponsorship of the TEAs. Feel free to make it as personal as you wish. For example, “We’re/I’m so excited to sponsor the TEAs because the show means a lot to me as a performer. I’m grateful to have an awards show dedicated exclusively to our part of the industry.”
Separately, please provide some general information about your company/website that I can include at the bottom of the press release. For example, this is what Grooby’s looks like (note that yours doesn’t have to be as long, but do try to include some general information):
