We want to make the refund policy as easy as possible for you. The postponement of the TEA event has disappointed many people and there is a lot for us to do. The resources we’ve lost on the event is substantial, so I hope you can bear with us while we resolve the issues in a timely manner.
Your tickets will be valid for the re-scheduled show and our best-case scenario is for you to hold onto them until then. This saves us the billing fees, which we lose in addition to the refund.
For those that would rather have a refund, please email email@example.com with the name(s) on the tickets. Given the circumstances, it may take 2-4 weeks to issue the refund, but we are hoping to do it faster.
