The Fan Choice Award
It’s your chance to vote for YOUR favorite models! Who has been the most prolific? Or has been the coolest on social media? Or been great to her fans? Let us know who you want to see receive the Fan’s Choice Award!
RULES:
- You can only vote once and must enter three models full names (or name and website they can be found on) in any order.
- The model must have worked in a website or DVD release between Jan 1-Dec 31, 2025.
- Incomplete forms or spam forms will be deleted and not counted.
- You must fill out this form COMPLETELY and must vote for (3) different models.
- You may only vote once.
- For your username, you must enter ONE of your social media handles.
Fan’s Choice Voting has now closed – the winner will be announced at The TEA Show on March 8th 2026.
